If a renter cancels
The renter gets 100% back if they cancel more than 12 hours before 00:00 IST on the first rental day; inside 12 hours, Lumo keeps 10% of the rent and fees and the deposit comes back in full. Nothing goes to the host. If you cancel, the renter gets 100% back.
Invite a friend
Invite a friend to list on Bazaar: when their first Bazaar item goes live, you each get ₹100 in Lumo wallet credit. Signing up alone doesn't earn credit, and vehicle listings don't count.

Does it cost anything to list?
No, listing is free. You set the price per day, and Lumo keeps a service fee of 15–20% of each rental.
Do I have to approve each booking?
No. There is no approval step: you are notified when someone books. If you don't want bookings for a while, pause the listing in the app, anytime.
Who holds the security deposit?
Lumo does. It is settled after you confirm the return, and both of you photograph the item at handover and at return.
