DEFINITIONS
- Platform – The Lumo mobile application and website.
- User – Any person who accesses the Platform, including Owners and Renters.
- Owner – A registered user who lists a vehicle for rent.
- Renter – A registered user who books and rents a vehicle.
- Vehicle – Any car, bike, van, or other transport listed for rent.
- Rental Agreement – The terms agreed upon between the Owner and Renter for a specific rental and which shall be binding on the Owner and the Renter.
- Security Deposit – A refundable amount held by the Platform to cover damages, fines, or policy violations.
